In order to track every Soldier for accountability purposes every Soldier must swipe their CAC when they enter each building and room and when they leave.<br /><br />4. To save money all Soldiers must turn off all electricity and run "green" generators what were just developed to power the buildings for three days a week.<br /><br />5. All DONSA and pay day activities will be cancelled to save money; whilst nobody can provide justification of how it will do just that.<br /><br />6. Companies will have to provide their own wifi for the units.<br /><br />7. The Army will develop seven different uniforms to wear for each day as to ensure that everyone knows what day it is.<br /><br />8.
