What would be great military schools to make a 92 series stand out when it comes to being looked at for SFC?

What would be great military schools for a 92, when it comes to being looked at for SFC? What does HRC look for that stand out but also possibly worth points?

Log into Army Career Tracker and pull the Professional Development Model (PDM) it's all listed there, also in 614-200. It's different for each job and level, lays it all out for what is career enhancing. This way you don't waste time on schools/courses that may not help.

I send all of my SSGs to the Battle Staff NCO Course. The course on your ERB doesn’t make you stand out, but the subsequent improvements on NCOERs definitely does.
