<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The main issue is whether or not you are still on an ROTC contract. If you signed a contract with ROTC, it is not as simple as volunteering to withdraw. Like anything in the Army, there is an administrative process and steps have to be followed to make sure both you and the program are protected. These steps can be tedious and one mistake can cause Cadet Command to kick the packet back. So you should check with the ROTC program to see if they have completed the disenrollment.
