PFC Private RallyPoint Member 4513385 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m wanting to put in a WO packet and hopefully attend WOFT. I’m currently a 12B and wondering if getting my Sapper tab, Airborne, and Air Assault badge would help me look more qualified in the eyes of a board to be a Warrant Officer and lead since that’s what they want; not people driven to be a pilot but a leader. What would help for a Board for WOFT? 2019-04-04T11:03:19-04:00 PFC Private RallyPoint Member 4513385 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m wanting to put in a WO packet and hopefully attend WOFT. It helps to have to them but it’s not required. What they are looking for is attention to detail when putting your packet together.
