Honestly, there was nothing offensive, but the tattoo design was not pre-approved by the Commander and Detachment Sergeant. He was Flagged and then Chaptered. I believe the Chapter was for Failure to follow orders to NCO and Officer. He was given an Honorable Discharge. He is unaware of his Separation Code. He has tried to re-enlist, however, every Recruiter has told him there is a FLAG in the system that prevents him from re-enlisting. No one seems to know what these roadblocks could be. Not even HRC, according to this buddy. Could anyone provide any guidance for how my buddy could possibly proceed further?
