Japan would most likely still be a feudal Shinto hermit nation.
If we had not entered WWI Germany would have won. Germany would have held on to German East Africa and probably worked towards taking over the British and French colonies in Africa and the Middle East which would have included modern Israel since former British Prime Minister Lord Balfour would not have been able to establish his post-WWI vision for the breakup of the Ottoman Turkish Empire.
The Ottoman Turks would have exterminated the Armenians and their would be no Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, etc.
