What would you do if a member of your unit had a road rage incident like this?

As I have said in the past, "If I cannot make you smarter, I will make you stronger".
Were this a troop of mine and I were to find out that this had happened, we would have what would amount to major issues. That conduct is wholly unacceptable. Nothing good will come out of engaging someone in a full on argument over traffic.
Quite frankly, given the status of the world these days, you might be lucky to simply walk away....many road rage incidents wind up in shootings.

Reminds of this classic Marine road rage. If these kinds of incidents aren't taken seriously with charges then we are sending a message that they can get away with other violence, like domestic violence. These people need help and should be disciplined.

Threatening physical harm through intimidation against somebody can, and in this case I believe should, lead to a civilian criminal charge. In many states it can count as simple assault even if no physical violence took place. In California, where it looks like this video took place, this could fall under "criminal threat" laws. Can you imagine if this were to happen to your wife?
It's one thing if this was two people in a bar who got in each other's way and it's one word against the other, but this is a Marine who sounds like he ran a stop sign and then began threatening a woman in her car on the side of a road. That is a disgrace to the Marine Corps, and these kinds of threats of violence must be taken extremely seriously... this is exactly the kind of behavior that can be a precursor to people thinking that domestic violence is ok.
