What would you do if a presidential 'coup' really happened?

I'm pretty surprised to see it, but some people are suggesting that POTUS could lose the election and then refuse to transfer power.
This question isn't asking whether you think that'll happen. It's asking how you as a veteran/etc would react if such a thing really happened.

probably network locally first, find out what people around me are willing to take action in some physical sense (or generally, attempt to address the situation with something other than snark). there would be official entities locally that can be influenced to resist authority of the insurgent. ultimately you'd want strikes, walk-outs, etc.
i assume some others would prefer involving guns though, as they think this situation is the primary reason for the 2nd amendment. What would you do?

CPT Alexander Grant Pretty simple, let the authorities handle it with existing statutes. I wouldn’t do anything, regardless of if it were a Democrat or Republican. (Also, regardless of race) We’ve already seen enough anarchy by those taking justice to the streets.

Watch "Seven Days in May" with Burt Lancaster and Kurt Douglas. Believable movie.
