What would you do if your landlord created a hazard on your property?

My landlord has a 5th wheel sitting in my driveway in front of my house. He made a promise to move it out before I moved in. That was June 30th. My girlfriend is 100 percent disabled and i am 60 percent.
It is very difficult to have family over as many of them have disabilities as well. I have social problems so having visitors keeps me from doing something stupid or becoming depressed.

A few thoughts/rhetorical questions (no need to post answer):
- Was the promise verbal or in writing?
- What exactly is your legal relationship (landlord/rentor) and what exactly does your rental agreement state as to your rights and responsibilities along with your landlords rights/responsibilities?
- What are the applicable laws in your town/county/state?
- What engagements have you had with your landlord to resolve the situation?
- If all the above fails, then what does a lawyer say about your legal position?

I'm probably going to do that. I'm already going to the township hall tommarow to talk to the site inspector. Landlord already got a notice 4 times about removing his truck out due to expired tags of 4 years & flat tire. Luckily he already moved it, however site inspector will be here again to make sure he is in compliance.
If they have other advice i will definitely take it and pursue if possible.

Everyday that it's here, I get more and more frustrated which doesn't help. I have tried the nice approach by asking when he plans to remove the obstacle out of the driveway. Nothing but excuses. Lack of communication.
The only thing he could use against me is I let a friend move into my house before notifying him. However after getting to know this friend, he wants to add her to the lease.
Not only that he has repeatedly come over to repair his truck and his brothers car without the courtesy of notifying me.
Today he brings over his brothers car again not notifying me in advance, blocking my car in. I have family coming over and had i known, I would have asked him to come over another day.

as far as i am aware of, new landlord would mean he or she would have to buy the house. oviously he/she cannot evict me/us just because they feel like it. hopefully the township hall has some positive ways. Maybe the VA might be able to help in some fashion if i get a hold of my doctor's and my friend to get my landlord to further understand what im trying to do. If I have to, ill talk to him politely again to ask him to please call me before entering the property even if he not entering the house.
He is a pleasant guy to talk to, just needs to take care of his residents, after all he owns 20 houses. he told me he has a job that forces him to work 7 days in a row. i could be wrong but their should be no reason to need a job he is renting that many houses
