Sgt Private RallyPoint Member 3821922 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Looking into putting a package for Warrant Officer. I have done a tour as DI and just got my associate degree but looking into getting my bachelor. I was told that there are small chances to possible get selected as Warrant Officer because I am a Sgt. It makes wonder if I should wait to get promoted Ssgt which would be most likely next year. Any recommendation. I am looking into going to supply warrant officer since it is related to my MOS What would you recommend as the best option on going from Enlisted to Warrant Officer? 2018-07-24T17:46:18-04:00 Sgt Private RallyPoint Member 3821922 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Looking into putting a package for Warrant Officer. You shouldn&#39;t refrain from trying to do something just because you don&#39;t have a high chance of selection. Apply now, then apply again later. Do you meet the remainder of the program&#39;s requirements, i.e., time in service and test score? Don&#39;t worry about the naysayers. You are a Sgt, and the Corps has spoken and stated that you are eligible to apply, barring that you meet the other requirements. Further, you are allowed to place three MOS choices on your application. I would recommend that you look at DMO and Mobility as your possible second and third choices; I know of supply Marines that have transitioned into those fields. What&#39;s the worst that can happen if you apply? But if you don&#39;t, it may be a missed opportunity. I highly encourage you to apply. Lastly, seek mentorship from a 3010-Grnd SuppO. &quot;...and professional skill!&quot; - MCRDPI DI &#39;08-&#39;11 Response by CWO4 Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 24 at 2018 10:21 PM 2018-07-24T22:21:51-04:00 2018-07-24T22:21:51-04:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 4081984 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>PM me, I can assist you with your packet.
