Henry, MBA1120307<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was on a medical profile for about thirteen months due to an Airborne School injury, then shortly thereafter was on profile for another couple of month for a separate issue. I understand that they have a standard mandate to provide care within a certain period of time. However, very often when an appointment is requested there are no open slots that month, and the next month's schedule isn't created yet. Therefore you have to wait until the beginning of the month to make the appointment. This makes it look like they are meeting the standards, when in fact they are not. Something needs to be changed in the scheduling process, perhaps creating the workers' schedules at least two months in advance, so this deficiency is apparent. Making the problem visible is the first step to solving it.Response by SPC Elijah J. Henry, MBA made Nov 19 at 2015 7:39 PM2015-11-19T19:39:04-05:002015-11-19T19:39:04-05:002015-11-18T09:57:07-05:00
