If like the Navy, reserves lag a few weeks. Know boards got deferred this year so HYT people need to apply for extension to the end of the CY. Per HRC, it typically takes 3-6 months. HRC also put out guidance that COVID19 will not cause a delay in release of board results for boards that are already completed, so expect them NLT June.
