I’m certain that if you didn’t want a ceremony that you’d just get them. I was sent a formal one from my BN (I’m in recruiting) then they showed up in my PERMS. Either way, your DOR will be the first of the month like the list says. Brigade S1 cuts the orders sends them to Battalion S1, S1 puts them in the distro out box to your respective company, 1SG / Training room picks them up. So if you&#39;re worried about receiving them in time work that process in reverse order up the chain.
