It should be a separate maintenance plan. Also, if you have enrolled your equipment into LUP, you would perform the highest service first. Take out the biannual annual and semi, take out the semi annuals. Perform quarterlies in place of semi annuals IAW AR 750-1. Why wouldn't you want to perform all lower services when the higher services are due?
