When do you start counting FEDEC board days?

I am on list P08-18 which currently shows "5 Days in DoD Approval cycle" and it is "Awaiting Off Dep Ch of Staff Personel." The FedRec Board Staffing and Approval Process briefing shows R-day to be the day DMPM receive your package and the DCS,G1 is at day 46. My packet was received by DMPM on 5 Feb so I have 53 "zero" days.

Do I consider myself at day 5 or day 58?

Remember those are guidelines and can be altered at any time depending on the scroll. You are going to drive yourself crazy staring at the days add up. Until it gets to Congress I would recommend not even look at the progress but months or every other month. They are still confirming the names on the scroll. If someone on the scroll is jacked up they have to redo the scroll. For planning purposes I would say 5.

Sir - I am also on scroll P08-18. It showed up this morning as published on 6 August after (only) 131 days. Congratulations!
