When/How can i begin phase II clearing?

As of writing this post, I have 34 days left in service. Terminal leave beginning on December 18th, that being said I have completed phase one physical. I went to my battalion aid station to begin my phase II and was told that I need to have a clearing packet in hand in order to schedule it. My clearing brief doesn't take place until December 28th, leaving me little time to schedule and complete the physical among other things that need to be done before I can PCS to Fort Couch.
Additional, I have known many others who were able to schedule and complete phase II well in advance of their ETS, giving them ample time to start and finish clearing. I want to know if there is anything that I can do on my end to expedite my physical, or is my aid station correct and I must wait?

A physical is not required in order to clear or ETS. It is a courtesy provided by your aid station and not an obligation. When your provider chooses to administer the phase two of your physical is up to the policy of your aid station.
The Phase 2 portion is quick and only requires your provider to make a quick physical exam and sign off on your physical.

Am I reading this right? You're starting your terminal leave before you start clearing? Normally terminal leave doesn't start until after a soldier has completed clearing.

SPC Private RallyPoint Member did they establish your clearing dates with a terminal leave DA31?

Do you have a VSO and VA on post? I had claim worthy items already in my file. I talked to my provider and she recommended I go and do the VA Physical about 60 days out and drop a claim with VSO Assistance. They did not need my Phase II.
