Have you had a discussion with your TMO office. Talk to them and they will get you squared away
Household goods yes, to a degree. Your weight limit is less tgan normal with tge expectation you arent bringing major appliances that wont work there anyway. Vehicle storage im unsure of. Have you done your jppso counseling? All questions can be answered there
Is this a second vehicle you are trying to put into storage? The army will ship one vehicle. Honestly if it’s a second car I would try to sell it and not have it sit in storage for two years while parts rot and have to pay more to get it fixed.

I would counsel you that your weight limit for OCONUS is VERY small. Choose wisely. I would say you need to approach it from the "why do we need to bring this with us" approach. Also use the "hold baggage" option. Ship it weeks in advance of the move. We put bedding, small kitchen "kit", and our bicycles/kiddie bike trailer in it so we could go to the commissary and shop without bugging my sponsor about it. Hold bags will show up just as you get quarters and they will get you out of lodging and get you right into housing. Ready or Not. They will likely have loaner furniture from Housing. Question for your sponsor.
You do anything today, request a sponsor.
Really go through what you will have stored. We had so much crap we didn't need when we saw it again three years later. Multiple truck loads to Goodwill. Take the time and do the Marie Condo thing
