When is the final electoral college certification (seems like a lot of certifications are done at the state level)?

Good link about this: https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/2016/certificates-of-ascertainment.html Some of the states information is already submitted. If I had time I would add up the current votes. Where is the media? It looks like this was under voted that many of the states have already voted and may have the 270 answer.

Electoral College certification was yesterday. Congress certifies on 6 January 2017.

December 19th was the vote. January 6th is when Congress meets, and the VP announces it. It's a formality, we all know Donald Trump is our next President.
