It's written into their contract. The Soldier should have arrived to the unit with a copy of the contract and a second copy is mailed to the unit as well. There's a section called ADDITUONAL STATEMENTS that addresses the dwell time. Currently most states are offering two years of dwell time. The Soldier can waive the stabilization if they choose and the stability does not apply to call ups from the governor for states of emergency. You won't find it written in a reg because it's dictated by internal TACC messages, but it's there in writing on their contractResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 12 at 2021 10:09 AM2021-03-12T10:09:52-05:002021-03-12T10:09:52-05:00CW3 Kevin Storm6817203<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Depends on how long the state takes to process the person. Then they will get orders. Normally they should have a unit assignment prior to leaving AD, and then they will get orders with a report date.Response by CW3 Kevin Storm made Mar 12 at 2021 10:44 AM2021-03-12T10:44:47-05:002021-03-12T10:44:47-05:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member6817354<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No, the only Dwell coming off active duty is a contract option for enlisted unless the active duty service member. Dwell policy is 1 to 1 for active duty and 4 to 1 for reserve mobilization. I learned this the hard way when I left active duty for the RC and was involuntarily mobilized a year later.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 12 at 2021 11:30 AM2021-03-12T11:30:29-05:002021-03-12T11:30:29-05:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member6820529<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I switched from AD to USAR in 2017. At that time, per regs I had 24 months of stabilization. I waived it for deployment but that's the amount of time I was given by regulation.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 13 at 2021 1:24 PM2021-03-13T13:24:49-05:002021-03-13T13:24:49-05:00SGM Private RallyPoint Member6827933<div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-574186"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image">
