When will Bowe Bergdahl be court martialed?

Ok .. so we haven't seen or heard anything on the deserter Bowe Bergdahl since what April of this year when the NCIS investigation findings were released..? When is this piece of crap deserter (responsible for the deaths of several of his platoon who went out looking for him), going to see the inside of a military court room for his crimes...?

The Vietnam deserter, Robert Garwood's trial is the closest comparaison that can be made. Garward returned to US Control in March of 1979. His actual courtmartial started in March of 1980 and was Completed in Feb 1981. While the elapsed time was 11 months from start to finish of the trial, Him changing civilian counsel and other delays drew proceedings out. The actual time in court was 3 months.
From the time of his return until he was found guilty and sentenced Garwood was in US Custody about 24 Months passed. Bergdahl Has been in our hands 23 months and his trail hasn't even started.
