When will we ever have a real peace treaty with North Korea, not just an armistice?

Do you believe with N. Korea consistently acting up, will there ever be a formal peace treaty signed between the two countries? If so what would it consist of? What are your thoughts?

I do not think until the current family in North Korea fully passes that there will be any hope of true peace.
