When you respond to others, how do you get their name in bold?

also .. the RP software will do a dynamic search as you type and I have found that some names have "issues"

You have the correct procedure from others SGM, I asked a RP "veteran" via message because I didn't know either!

Like they all said, type @ sign and name.. Sometimes you have to play with the spacing and initials, etc., but usually it is straight forward. :)
