Where are nursing jobs/opportunities on post in Vicenza or Aviano, Italy?

I'm told that I will be PCSing to Italy at the end of the year. I will be at Camp Ederle or up in Aviano AB. My wife is a new BSN Nurse. How do the hospitals/clinics operate in Italy for spouses to work at? I imagine that she will need to do 1 year of volunteering on post since most DoD hospitals require a year in the field first. Where can she volunteer or do a training program at these posts?

My fiancé just got stationed at Aviano. I’m a new graduate nurse, and would like to continue working while he is stationed there. Would you be able to send me some information? I would really appreciate it.
