Are dog handlers restricted to only army bases or can they be stationed with different branches?

You are hoping you can reclass to that? Damn small MOS, therefor limited movement and promotions. any Army/Joint base is available.

If you're trying to reclass into 31K I suggest you have a backup plan. The class seats for that MOS are all but non existant.

31K's can go to many different places. I would not go as far to say that they could go anywhere...however, they are not like some MOS's that are restricted to like 5 or 6 duty stations.
