Where can I find a CW3 aviator on JBLM?

Have a full packet put together for WOFT, just missing the Warrant officer letter of recommendation. I’m located on JBLM but I’m in an MI unit. So is there any aviators willing to meet up on JBLM? Or can someone point me to where I need to look. Thanks in advance!

I'm in the process of building my packet and I'm here on JBLM as well. The best advice I can give you is what I've been told. Go to 16 CAB on main post and be ready to meet and greet with some pilots. I've been told most are pretty friendly when it comes to meeting them and trying to get a LOR since they have probably done it themselves along with helped many others.

If you use a little Sherlock Holmes logic, you will be able to narrow it down if you remove the impossible scenarios.
You can be assured they will not be:
1. At PT
2. In their office (Their coffee cup will be mysteriously warm though)
3. Anywhere near a formation
4. A location that they have not been specifically told they must be. Even if you tell them they must be there, the odds are not in your favor.
If you weed out those locations, you can narrow your search to locations where there have been warrant officer sightings. But be forewarned, Warrant Officers taught Sasquatch how to hide.

There is this spot on the base, kind of near the PX where you will find all these whirly bird looking things all parked behind a fence. Grid 10T [login to see] 047 If you run the perimeter of this fenced off area, you will discover two things:

One: the distance is 4.2 miles and the unofficial base standard is to be able to make the run in 25 minutes or less

Two: as you run around the field, you may see an occasional aviator.

I would use outlook.
make a new email, click "to".
Go to the search and make sure it's set to JBLM.
Click "Advanced Search" and type "CW3" in rank.
Look for names with the job title of "pilot" or something that sounds like they're not a "walking warrant".
I would send a few of them individual emails asking if they would be interested in meeting / consider endorsing you.
