Where can I find a database or website for Combat Action Ribbon recipients?

Need Assistance: Can anybody point me to the right direction or database/website for CAR Combat Action Ribbon Recipient. Not listed on DD214.?

I don’t know if NDAWS will help. It’s navy, but I don’t know if they separate. I know my CAR is in there, but I’m navy.

Former 0111 here, so someone can look on 3274 for unit placement and chronological record. There need to be a mention or description of it in your SRB.

I seriously doubt the USMC has a central database with every CAR recipient in it. That's a lot of people and a lot of PII, considering how many Cars were awarded over the Iraq and Afghanistan wars

No, there isn't a database dedicated to CAR's. But their service record will show their chronological service to include units they were attached to. If you can tie the unit to an action that resulted in receiving the CAR and the records tie them to that Unit it's a start.
