Generally you want to go with dont buy anything with meth or steroids. Stuff with meth would be the biggest one to watch for if buying online. I have seen people piss hot for it after buying supps online. Steroids are very expensive so unless youre spending pay checks on it, its fine.

I have consumed a smorgasbord of supplements in my 18 year career without ever researching the legality of any products. If you order from GNC or bodybuilding . com you should be fine. Lots of fringe websites out there sell stuff with ephedra in it, but none of the reputable sites do.

I think the main takeaway is “don’t do drugs.” I’ve never seen anyone pop hot on a urinalysis where a reasonable person wouldn’t say “yeah, I could see him doing that.” In my experience, people trying to blame the supps were trying to excuse their positive test.
