If you order from GNC or bodybuilding . com you should be fine. Lots of fringe websites out there sell stuff with ephedra in it, but none of the reputable sites do.<br /><br />I think the main takeaway is “don’t do drugs.” I’ve never seen anyone pop hot on a urinalysis where a reasonable person wouldn’t say “yeah, I could see him doing that.” In my experience, people trying to blame the supps were trying to excuse their positive test.
