Where can I find a list of publications that shifted from ARs and FMs to APDs and ADRPs?

I'm working on a reference sheet for Soldiers like me who are used to the terms "AR 670-1" and "FM 22-5 (or 3-22.5)", etc. I know that I could take the time to go to each AR, FM, ADP, ADRP, TC, and STP for change dates and what they supersede...but that would take ages.

Appreciate the quick reply, SGM! I'm very familiar with APD, but was hoping that there was more of a "list of changes" somewhere, rather than having to go through each pub type and trying to figure out what their old publication was, but I'll work it out. I may learn something in the process.
