I&#39;m currently located at Fort Hood and receiving Full BAH at the w/dependent rate. The reasoning behind this was because of a policy that I was told that had been made army wide back in Jan 2017. At that time I took all supporting documents (Original birth Cert and original court doc) to finance and was approved and out the barracks within a few days. Now that I am PCSing to unfamiliar territory I cant find anything in writing about the policy of me being able to receive the BAH if paying child support. Have anyone heard of this happening else were other than Fort Hood? I&#39;d like to know before I start looking for places to live.
