I&#39;m currently building up my packet for one and no one in my COC has ever messed with one. The only person who has dealt with it is my PLT SGT and it was nearly 6 years ago. I can see if I have any of the paperwork on my external hard drive somewhere. <br /><br />Hers was medical and I recall I got memos from her PCM at Riley, the specialists at Children&#39;s in Omaha who had diagnosed her and someone even recommended to get a memo from the chaplain. I did - but I&#39;m not religious. But I went and met with him and he talked to me for a little bit and then wrote me a memo. <br /><br />I know mine took like 3 weeks to come back approved but my daughter had some serious medical issues.
