Most likely at least one of those group members could provide you some assistance. LTC Stephen F. Upon further inquiry, I discovered that they tied together my VEAP funds I used for my BA in the eighties, information I was not aware of when I began the Ph.D quest at Capella University.

Latest update: I have since accumulated over $60k in student loans while trying to get my dissertation approved by one single faculty member, even after eight different Ph.D. qualified faculty members had previously approved my Research Plan (RP). Although I brought a complaint up with the VA IG, they closed the case without any resolution. Now, the matter is before the Attorney General in the State of Minnesota and possibly the AG in the state of Florida. The AG in Minnesota is already investigating for profit institutions in other matters relating to veterans.
