Where can I find someone knowledgeable about the DES and promotion eligibility while in DES, in particular how it applies to NG (m-day)?

I am in desperate need of information from someone very knowledgeable about the DES and promotion eligibility while in DES, in particular how it applies to National Guard soldiers (m-day). I have read the current AR 600-8-19 several times, but want to make sure I understand it correctly. I am also not sure how the new STEP rules will apply in my situation.

Please message me as I have a very unique situation which probably only applies to a handful of people. Also, not wanting all my medical info broadcast out in public, so that is why I prefer messaging instead of posts.
