Indiana used to post them in the armories, but they quit for whatever reason. You could check with your full time staff.

You BN S1 should be able to hook you up with that. Otherwise, there may be a sharepoint on AKO that your state uses to post that info.

Check the HRC website or get ahold of your UA to contact your BN. They should be able to get it for you

STEPA list is usually posted on the armory bulletined board. Call your Readiness NCO he/she should be able to email it to you. It normally is a PDF file.

Nope. My recruiter was cool. Called him from AIT to check in and let him know how things were going. He was gonna be retired while I was at training so he could have been in his "getting out" phase.

Yes you have to stay with them for a year. Your promotion orders state this in the paragraph piece. Gotta stay for the year or take the chance at losing your rank. If they push it, you can be demoted for failing to fulfill that one year

Depends on the circumstance. We were being mobilized out of Camp Shelby, MS. We had to spend Halloween in the field. That's my favorite Holiday so I talked the females into it and we went trick or treating in the field, in the pouring rain with our faces painted. All the Soldiers loved it. Then while we were in Afghanistan for Christmas, I had my Santa Suit mailed to me and dressed up as Santa for an MWR event. After the event, I took Candy Canes down to our Motor Pool where our Maintenance guys were working night shift. They loved that too. Talked all the females into helping with making Stockings for every Soldier deployed with us. Good times.
