I use armyadp.com. Still do research in the Regs though.

Your BN should have the MOI. Ask your S1. If the SOM board is for BDE, ask BDE.

There's an App that was along the lines of ArmyStudyGuide for Android and iPhone. I think it's 5 bucks or so. Has flash cards and a bunch of other useful stuff.
