It's IPERMS, your personal records, or your file at the unit. <br /><br />Given that you are asking, and I read the other day that you were reviewing your records already, personal records is out.<br /><br />IPERMS online is likely out as well 638s are only SUPPOSED to be permed if the recommended award was downgraded. (I would still check - you never know...)<br /><br />As you have been out 9 years, I would be AMAZED if anyone still had a copy sitting around. Bureaucracy can sometimes be your friend - the S1 forgot to purge their files, the recommender kept a copy, etc. But I don't see it happening after this long of a gap. <br /><br />Not what anyone wants to hear, but likely the truth.
