If you never had a log on ID or Password, you're going to have to call them and have it mailed to you. I'm about to cash mine out next year when I retire. I've been doing since I was a PVT and almost forgot about it until I went to the School House in 2009. Let me know if you need anything else. You should be a damn 1st Sergeant by now?
