Where can I get a copy of the AAA-294 report which reflects my MLI status?

you literally tagged the individuals who you would need to see to get the report.

On a side note, I would recommend you update your unit because I have never seen nor heard of you and im in the 205th.

You don’t need to see the report, your ERB days you are promotable if you are promotable. Whether it’s MLI or you’ve been boarded is immaterial and the report has no value to you

All the report shows is that you are on the MLI. It says "Mandatory List Integration," shows your name, and a spot for your leadership to circle yes or no if they want to promote you.

If you are a commander, yes you can get your hand on a triple A 294 report so you can deny or approve CLI or board appearance. Some reports are off limit to you.
