Are there any good templates out there or are they all hand made?<br /><br />For example, my PSG has one with Civil War and modern ranks on it signed by the NCO Academy NCOIC when he went through. To be honest it looks too fancy for anything the Army would make so I bet it was designed by someone at his BLC.
