You might talk to one of the Vet groups to act for you with the paperwork. Combat isn&#39;t required to get your injuries examined at the VA hospital. Follow the same procedure as combat vets... Can answer a lot of your questions. VA math is confusing. There are 3 different departments within the VA and you need to enroll in them all. They do not talk to each other.
