SFC (Join to see) - right? My electric bill was almost $500 last month. And unless the army pay structure has changed, which I’m pretty sure it hasn’t, he should be getting paid in a few days.

SFC (Join to see) - ha, I have no idea where he lives. Even though grass will grow anywhere, given enough water; go sweep up dirt then. There are always cash jobs, under the table, no matter where you live.

Honestly, if you can’t afford to move, you likely can’t afford to live in that new place next month, either. Work, get your finances in order. As you’re Rallypointing, I’m going to guess you’re not currently homeless. Stay where you are until you can afford to not have to ask for rental assistance before you even move in.

The renter might prorate the difference over a period of time. If you have good credit you might be able to get a personal loan.

Are you going to receive BAH or are you moving out of the barracks on your own?

Ahh! Ok, so this is for normal civilian type living. Yeah, you may need to find a roommate and if you do, make sure that roommate is on the lease too.
