Where can someone get Medical dog tags?

I recently found out the hard way that I am allergic to shellfish, even though I never had an issue with it before. Anyways apparently I need medical dog tags. Where can someone obtain a set?

If you go to the TMC and tell them they should be able to tell you who issues them

Your local TMC may have the capabilities. Your Supply may also have the capabilities. Those would be the two spots I would try. If you have a building (or set of buildings) that do SRPs for units deploying/redeploying, you could also try that location.

Sick call! Doc will verify your need via medical records, complete a little more paperwork and get them on order. If your emergency happened "off post" then be sure to provide that paperwork provided by that hospital and have it added to your medical record. Stick with military issue tags only.

I am sorry to hear of your allergy...especially when you have not had a problem with shellfish before. Does this mean all shellfish? Crab, shrimp and oysters? I could easily give up oysters but crab and shrimp would be a bummer. I hope you receive your medical dog tags soon.
