Roll Tide is the Hooah of the civilian world, GAG! Go Troy! Anyway, there should be a spouse employment program at Fort Bragg (ACS) and a employment assistance program with the university. Between those programs your spouse should be able to get some leads.

just about anywhere, there may be some limitations or advantages based on the degree. Someone with a degree in pre med may not be the best fit to work at the goodyear factory; compared to someone with an engineering or management degree.

Fayetteville is a large city and many people stay there long periods of time. There are many opportunities. Finding them in todays COVID market may be tough but they are there and available, unless you got a worthless feel good hippie type degree.
