Where do I find policies regarding the biomed QA/QC Program within the regulations?

I recently was tasked with implenting a shop QA/QC Program and the existent one was virtually non-existent. With that I was trying to find the regulation to set it up in accordance with the regulation (ie. 10% of work, Paperwork validation etc). Try as I might though I cannot find anything in my TB Meds or in 750-1 or -2 and it is driving me mad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guess what? - Y'all be on the cutting edge.
There is not one nor do any regulations cover the subject area (At least not when I was active duty - retired in 93).
Take one from another QA/QC Program - change the headings, follow the format, ruthlessly gut it of anything not in your program area or any specific reference to the old QA/QC information.
After a coffee-fueled night slashing left and right, download everything you can find on your program and fit it into the format.
You will 'cut and paste' like a copy machine.
Be sure to have the signature blocks of all the pertinent commanders added into the proper slots.
Have "DRAFT" in extra large type at the top and bottom of EVERY PAGE.
Turn the whole scrambled document into your HQs staff 3 officers with a 'request to review' and wait.
Take a nap.
Take a month's leave.
About 2 weeks to 2 months later it will come down with corrections and requests for clarification.
Ask for help to re-write it plus ask for a 3 shop Point-of-Contact (POC).
Make the corrections and clarify the questions asked.
Return it to the POC.
Relax - he will get the credit.
SPC Private RallyPoint Member - At least that's the most effective and timely way I found to do it. Less of 'my time' consumed and quicker follow-up by HQ.
People get so annoyed when they passed the buck and that person has the gall to ask questions like, "What's the subject? You didn't tell me what this QA/QC Program was supposed to cover."

Even DoD has to comply with OSHA requirements, I am pretty certain there are more than a few that would cover that area. Is there any medical waste, are respirators needed, and electricity being used? Just a few area to look at that came to mind. This is one of those areas where it should be clearly spelled out, it is just a matter of finding the reg that covers it.
