Where do I find the RE Code on my DD214?

Well, SPC Tyler Harrison, it all depends on when you got out as the form has changed many times since the 1950s. My DD Form 214 -- approved by DOD in July of 1966 -- was issued to me in the fall of 1969 and shows the Reenlistment code in Item 15.
