Where does a single E5 (or even E4) get BAH?

I am at fort Campbell, and you have to be E6 to get BAH if you're single. I was curious as to what duty assignments get E5. I've even heard some places let the E4 have BAH

There are not many Army bases which authorize BAH for Soldiers under the grade of E-6. The barracks would have to be full for that to happen.

Only when no barracks space available.

Suggestion: focus on becoming the best 35N you can be. Don’t worry about living arrangement beside barracks.

right now, you should not even be thinking about this, this is something 2-3 years down the road for you. I would concentrate on learning your job, best physical shape, and marksmanship.

If they live in bArracks then no BAH but if no space available or they have dependent then you might receive it!

Fort Belvoir gives all ranks and MOS's BAH I've been getting bah since I was an E-1

So my soon to be ex-wife and I are technically separated, Ive been keep the apartment clean and all the bills paid for 10 months now.

I've shown I'm more then capable living on my own.

Is their anything I can do that would allow me to live off post?
