There has been a push for active duty to get out &amp; go Guard but even Guard forces are seeing a reduction. So it could even end up with active forces being called upon to support the Guard during disasters. I think our DoD politicians, generals &amp; on up have had more focus on reduction of force than to figuring out how all of it will be able to function in the end. With so much reduction in the active force, I don't care what DC is saying about how it will use the Guard, they will be forced to use it to reinforce the active elements even more now.
