You can go through your first line leadership, EO rep or submit a Inspector General complaint. Any of those should get the issue addressed.

Do you know they are a company commander? How do you know? If you know they are in command and what unit, go report to that unit's EO - either BN or the BDE EOA.

Otherwise if this is someone you have no affiliation with nor can you verify that they are a company commander, there isn't much to do other than perhaps it's a fake account and someone using that name.

The most you could probably do without knowing if that's really them is report the comment to Instagram and they'll likely remove it.
