I used mozilla suite for some time. The problem always come back to compatibility. I've used about 4 other options, but never had success making things seamless when having to go back to office to share with someone else. I use google docs occasionally still now, especially if sharing something with my wife on her mac. Makes it a little easier. I do like open office. I primarily use MS Office for Word, Email, and Powerpoint. I still use an ancient Lotus Suite copy of 1-2-3 for some spreadsheets with Excel for others. I use Google Chrome much more that Internet Explorer as well. I went backwards for Windows and Microsoft Office so that I am using Windows 7 Ultimate operating system and MS Office 2007.
