TBD, but my first guess is both Iran and China. hillary was preemptively ready to go to war with Russia after declaring her intent to create a no fly zone over syria. She basically told putin she would shoot his planes down.

China, because trade deals will start to find some equity.
Iran will be mad at us anyway, they might loose a john boat or two if they provoke our Navy.
Russia will at the minimum see improved tactical relations and possibly a strategic partial partner.

not sure if it was mentioned but the three NATO allies Latvia Estonia and Lithuania are worried that Russia will negotiate with Donald Trump to swallow them up. Donald Trump don't do this don't make the Russians think that you can make a deal to have millions of people under communist rule again and no to Nato spend your damn 2% of GDP that includes you Canada in keeping up your side of the bargain on defense of NATO that's what some people have told me is what is driving Donald Trump crazy is that we're not getting the benefit we're paying out and they are getting the free. Pay up NATO you have not held your side of the bargain.

Iran, most likely. They lose on the executive arms deal but still remain a player in the ISIS issue. BTW, can we start calling it ISIS on January 20th?
