Which current or former military leader do you emulate in terms of leadership qualities?

While there are many high ranking enlisted and officer military leaders that provide us with great examples to follow in terms of leadership traits. Who is your favorite, and what traits do you try to incorporate into your leadership style?

Col Private RallyPoint Member, I'm not sure I get very close to emulating him, but I was, and still am, a fan of GEN Colin Powell and his leadership traits.

I don't know if I try to emulate any leader in particular. I try and be a veritable hodgepodge of attributes, as each leader has their good aspects and their bad aspects. As such, I look at those and try my best to do the good and avoid the bad.
